Tween Website InTheFABLane.com Teams Up With Teen Charity Organization DoSomething.org
Tween website InTheFABLane.com has launched a school supply drive to collect new or lightly used school supplies from their users for donation to students who cannot afford them via teen charity organization DoSomething.org. All users who donate will also be entered to win 2 tickets to teen singer and Disney actress Demi Lovato’s summer concert tour.

In The FAB Lane’s Feature section is kicking off the launch of a charity drive that allows students to gather together their new or lightly used school supplies and send them in to the tween website’s headquarters in Chicago. The supplies will then be donated via DoSomething.org to students in need of them for the new school year. InTheFABLane.com Content Director Kimberly Giannini says of the drive, “We are excited to take part in helping tweens get involved in their community, especially in order to help their peers.” The school supply drive will run through June 15th and any In The FAB Lane user who donates will automatically be entered to win two tickets to Disney talent Demi Lovato’s summer tour in their area.
In The FAB Lane stresses the theme of tweens helping tweens on the website for users age 8-15. In the past InTheFABLane.com has partnered with Illinois based Perfect Prom Project for formal dress and accessory donations and supports CureSearch.org for Childhood Cancer Research. InTheFABLane.com also cares for its tweens by providing them with a teen therapist and a health and body nutritionist to advise. The site also provides fun, tween appropriate entertainment news, style, book reviews, giveaways, sports and games. In The FAB Lane is the one stop shop of tween websites.
