Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership Launches Enhanced Economic Development Website
The Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership (NEIRP) has launched its newly improved and updated economic development website. The redesigned website features easier navigation and more information about northeast Indiana business and quality of life. The reorganization of the website allows for frequent updates, establishing a prime source for relevant regional information.
(Vocus/PRWEB ) April 27, 2009 -- The Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership (NEIRP) has launched its newly improved and updated economic development website. The redesigned website features easier navigation and more information about northeast Indiana business and quality of life. The reorganization of the website allows for frequent updates, establishing a prime source for relevant regional information.
The most important change is the establishment of a data-rich web portal that offers more areas of information and more in-depth data reports that were previously available only in print.
“Over the past year, we have seen how our site needs to function, not only for site selectors and prospect companies but also for the Partnership and the northeast Indiana region,” said Erica McCutchan, the Partnership’s marketing manager. “The changes we made were in response to a perceived need for richer, up-to-date data and a more in-depth look at our region and its assets.”

This dynamic website was successfully launched through cooperation between NEIRP and several local partners that deserve recognition for their exemplary work. One Lucky Guitar, Inc. designed an exceptional look and feel that enhances every visitor’s experience on the website and e-business consulting firm Cirrus ABS handled the development of the site. Community Research Institute (CRI) contributed vast amounts of new and updated regional information in addition to the quality of life information compiled with assistance from the Northeast Indiana Corporate Council.

About the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership: Created in 2006, the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership's mission is to market the 11-county region and team with local economic development organizations (LEDOs) to bring new jobs and commercial investment to the area. The Partnership concluded a successful Investment campaign in October of 2006 targeting an initial operating period of five years. The RP's global marketing efforts will be on behalf of LEDO's in Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Grant, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells and Whitley counties.
