New York, NY (PRWEB) November 3, 2009 -- Mourant Fund Services LLC, a global leader in premier third-party fund reporting, administration and U.S. tax compliance solutions for private equity, real estate, infrastructure, mezzanine and secondary funds, is pleased to announce the following promotions to Associate Director.
- Tracy Godfrey has been promoted to Associate Director of Fund Accounting and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s private equity, infrastructure, secondary, conduit and venture funds as well as institutional LP separate accounts. Previously, she worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Worldview Technology Partners, and Blum Capital Partners. She is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her Bachelors of Accounting degree from the University of Florida.
- Tony Parmar has been promoted to Associate Director of U.S. Tax Compliance. Mr. Parmar has over ten years of experience in taxation of partnerships and private equity. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs, BISYS Private Equity and RSM McGladrey. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of Waterloo and Masters Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
- Stephen Salbod has been promoted to Associate Director of Fund Accounting and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s specialized real estate private equity fund division, as well as its mezzanine, energy and natural resources private equity funds. Mr. Salbod has over ten years of relevant experience and was one of the founding employees of the firm’s New York office. Previously, he worked at ING Clarion Partners and Friedman Alpren & Green. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Pace University.
