The offering is Just under $7,000,000.00 for twenty properties ranging from single family residences to fifteen unit apartment complexes, for a total of sixty two units.
These offers cap three months of due diligence by Barrington and his team. Dynasty will pay cash for the entire pool of property and is willing to buy a portion of the assets should the total offering not be approved by the sellers.
