Gray Hair Management Receives A+ Grade
Chicago-Based National Job Search Networking Firm Awarded Best Possible Rating from Better Business Bureau through New Rating System
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) May 21, 2009 -- Gray Hair Management, Inc. (www.grayhairmanagement.com), a national provider of career coaching, job search mentoring and networking services for the experienced professional, today announced that the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Chicago and Northern Illinois has awarded Gray Hair Management a rating of A+ in its newly introduced rating system.
The new BBB rating system assigns a letter grade of A+ to F and replaces the previous "satisfactory" and "unsatisfactory" rating. The letter grades, according to the BBB, are calculated by computer using a proprietary ratings formula that takes into account 17 weighted factors. The largest single factor in determining a letter grade is a company's overall complaint history with the BBB.
"We have worked hard to achieve six consecutive years without a BBB complaint, and this new A+ rating is reflective of that work and our commitment to following the BBB's guidelines," said Scott Kane, founder of Gray Hair Management and co-author of Winning the Job Race: Pathways Through Transition.
The public BBB Reliability Report will be updated to reflect the new rating system on June 1, 2009 at www.bbb.org/chicago.
