Kaler Bole, Denise Endly and Kyle Kriz have been hired to expand the Healthcare Data Solutions sales team and cover several growing markets in the healthcare industry.

Kaler Bole, Denise Endly and Kyle Kriz have been hired to expand the Healthcare Data Solutions sales team and cover several growing markets in the healthcare industry.
Kaler Bole comes to Healthcare Data Solutions with over 30 years experience in the direct marketing industry. Most recently he served as a sales executive at Donnelley Marketing working with several Fortune 500 companies. Prior to his time at Donnelly, he held a sales position at SK&A working with leading healthcare marketers. Mr. Bole lives with his wife and family in Kansas City, MO.
Denise Endly started her career as a nurse then earned a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. She has spent over 20 years in business to business healthcare marketing including clinical and marketing experience in both the acute care and private practice setting. Denise’s most recent position as Director of Program Services, included business development, physician services and clinical implementation for multi hospital systems nationally. Ms. Endly works out of the corporate headquarters office in Lake Forest, CA.
Kyle Kriz has spent the past two years in the healthcare information industry, previously working as a Business Development Manager at National Research Corporation. Ms. Kriz is currently in the Lincoln, NE office but will be relocating to the Lake Forest office this summer.

Healthcare Data Solutions has doubled the size of its Lincoln, NE Data Center to accommodate rapid growth which includes a new Research center. Highly qualified candidates were hired and trained to validate data since operations began in April. “Bringing our call center in-house in addition to our outsourced operations has allowed us to validate the accuracy of our data with much greater efficiency and flexibility,” said Erich Kaiser, VP of Database Operations at HDS. “The new research department will allow us to facilitate customized scripts for our own internal use and also personalized calling solutions for our clients.” HDS has developed a proprietary database verification process which pin-points specific data elements to be verified which in turn will produce the greatest lift in accuracy at the lowest cost. HDS has re-engineered the telephone verification process so that volatile records are updated more frequently, keeping their accuracy level the highest in the healthcare data industry.
