NOLA.com to carry live broadcast of Pontchartrain All-Star Basketball Classic

New Orleans, LA (PRWEB) March 18, 2009 -- On Sunday March 22nd, NOLA.com will be broadcasting LIVE on the internet, the Pontchartrain All-Star Basketball Classic from the campus of Southeastern University.
The Pontchartrain All-Star Classic Executive Board has assembled a North vs South Senior High School Basketball competition that will showcase the graduating Boys and Girls talent from competing sides of Lake Pontchartrain here in the metropolitan area.
The team selection committee hosted a senior selection voting ballot on NOLA.com to invite community input into the selection process for both the North shore and South shore teams. Official team rosters are posted in the Prep Sports section of NOLA.com (nola.com/prep).
South Louisiana residents are urged to attend the game at the Southeastern University in Hammond for a 4PM Tip-off on March 22nd.
Interested internet audiences should tune in at 4:00PM for special pre-game announcement, guest and discussions.
NOLA.com will carry the complete game with LIVE audio and video streaming.
