Charter Middle School Leaders Needed To Complete Programming Survey

As Americans become increasingly concerned about protecting the country's youth from risky behaviors, one Training Developer is launching a program designed to use the classroom as an environment for change and is asking Charter Middle School Principals and Administrators for help.

Fayetteville, NC (PRWEB) February 8, 2009 -- As Americans become increasingly concerned about protecting the country's youth from risky behaviors, one Training Developer is launching a program designed to use the classroom as an environment for change and is asking Charter Middle School Principals and Administrators for help.

Kim Gray, a Fayetteville, N.C., training program designer and facilitator, wants Charter Middle School leaders to complete an online survey focused on understanding their buying trends and programming needs.

The survey is available online through the end of February. Survey results will be used to finalize "Can't We All Get Along?," a program that uses teambuilding concepts to teach middle schoolers the value of self empowerment, effective communication strategies, a variety of collaboration techniques, constructive problem-solving methods, and valuable decision-making skills. All are designed to help students understand how to be productive with the diversity and similarities in the classroom.

The system also provides support for teachers in designing goal-oriented programs, helping students prepare for end-of-grade testing, facilitating student leadership initiatives, and creating opportunities for community service projects.

Charter Middle School Principals and Administrators can access the survey and program brochure at http://www.cantweallgetalong.com. All respondents will receive a comprehensive report of the survey findings in March. They can also express interest in participating in the "Can't We All Get Along?" beta program this spring.
