New York, NY (PRWEB) September 1, 2007 -- Diversity Players of Harlem Presents Theatre Lounge featuring TRiM along with DJ WorldBlaze, DJ J-Boogs, Lightfoot and more. Performances will be at the Roy Arias Studios & Theatres on September 30, 2007 at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Theatre Lounge is an intimate showcase of talent that bridge artists to audiences. This showcase gives opportunity to musicians, comedians, singers, poets, visual artists, and other artists to display their talents. It also educates and enlightens audiences to new and non-traditional artistic mediums.

TRiM is lean, mean, smart Rock and it is defined by its stitched melodic pop sensibilities into a four-piece, aggressive rock outfit. New York's TRiM is as intricate as they are tight with memorable hooks and powerhouse vocals that are fused with punchy licks and dynamic refrains. By balancing both the fresh and the familiar, TRiM ensures you don't just hear what they have to say: you feel it.

TRiM was co-founded, in 2003, by guitarist, Dave West, and vocalist David Hall. Now, with bassist, Spencer Coleman, and drummer Matt Romano, TRiM is steadily winning over tough audiences and gaining a strong fan base with their intense stage presence. The band has worked New York's bar and club scene, playing venues such as Pre:Post NY, Manhattan's Mercury Lounge, The Delancey, and Brooklyn's Galapagos.

Evolve, TRiM's debut EP, is a spirited introduction to their driving, addictive sound. The opening track, Bending, shows TRiM's clever rhythmic tensions, soulful songwriting, and undeniable devotion to Rock. With seven exceptional tracks early in the band's career, Evolve displays an impressive depth and personality.

The Roy Arias Theatres @ the Times Square Arts Center is at 300 W 43rd Street 5th Floor New York, NY, between 8th and 9th Avenues.

Performances are scheduled for September 30, 2007 at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Ticket Prices are $15.00 or $20 with TRiM CD. Tickets are available at smarttix.com or call (212) 868-4444 for credit card purchases.
