This book is not in her typical genre of marketing and home business information, but it is a step in the opposite direction. 'My Journey' is a compilation of verse, written over the last 27 years, accompanied by breathtaking photographs of southwestern Colorado.

A domestic abuse survivor, Trina used writing as a coping mechanism during her years of abuse. This book is the result of that personal struggle and has been published as a way of offering solidarity and hope to others who are in a similar situation.

She has also created a corresponding web site, centered on domestic abuse, providing resources and information for those who are experiencing abuse, or know someone who is. The book and web site are a product of her own personal experiences as a battered woman. The web site offers factual information to others whether they are in an abusive relationship or not. 'My Journey' (ISBN:978-0-6151-6405-2) is available as a download in PDF format, or in a print version. This is the first book she has authored to be available in both formats. As with all other book titles to her credit, 'My Journey' is a self-published work. It is available only at lulu.com.
